(My theory: Wilson is trying to make his way to House for treatment ... perhaps the "infection" doesn't affect Wilson as it does the others -- hence the goons looking for Wilson to "help him" as in study him for clues to the infection? But of course only House could actually figure it all out and really help. Just my humble suspicions) <3
