Writer's Block: Play it again, Sam

:O One CD?!?! My stereo has three disc system so I am going to cheat and use three CDs to play on a loop for the rest of my life.
1. Everything Must Go by Manic Street Preachers (Preferably the 10th Anniversary edition because get the live versions added on as extra bonus tracks). Seriously though, this is one of my favourite albums in the history of the world ever. Full stop. I mean the tracklisting is phenomenal (includes some of their best songs, Design For Life, No Surface/All Feeling, Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky and Enola/Alone), the production is brilliant. And to think they produced an album of such quality merely a year after a founding member/guitarist/main lyricist disappeared. Amazing.
2. Document by R.E.M. Well duh......it's damn good and has my favourite R.E.M song on it ("It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)"). I could listen to this alllllll daaaayy looooooong. My love for R.E.M was renewed last year when I saw them live at Lancashire Cricket Ground. They were absolutely fan-bloody-tastic.
3. Let There Be Rock by AC/DC. I have this baby on vinyl, bought for a mere £3 in a vinyl sale from a local shop. On the back of this purchase I ended buying most of their back catalogue and now have an almighty stash of AC/DC cds. I <3 this album with every fibre of my being and you can literally shout along to all songs apart from 'Crabsody In Blue' which is just rude, but if your idea of fun is screaming that you had to get some cream from the doctors for a particularly nasty itch then that's your perogative. Also has 'Whole Lotta Rosie' on which, IMHO, is the best AC/DC song of the lot.
So yeah I cheated and took three. ;p
